Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Gazelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or Google accounts, then securely pack the device in its original packaging if available.
- 3.Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your full refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
